Cat. No.: 41A280 | Other Names: Gp210, Nup210 |
Species: Human | Size: 0.1mg |
Origin: Recombinant | Tag: N-terminal 6xHis |
Source: E.coli | Purity: >90% |
Introduction
The nuclear pore complex(NPC) is a massive structure that extends across the nuclear envelope, forming a gateway that regulates
the flow of macromolecules between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. As a part of NPC, gp210 is detected with a prevalence of 26%in PBC and 4% in AIH.
Immunological Function
As an autoantigen, gp210 binds with IgG-type human auto-antibodies.
